Return and Refund Policy

Inspection
 Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us
within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
 Approval Required: Before initiating a return, you must contact us to obtain approval.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we
will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
 Return Process: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is
defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring
the package for the full value of the item.

Refund Method

 Refund: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for eligible returns. Please
note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 Store Credit: Once the return is received and approved, a store credit equivalent to the amount of the returned item will be issued. This credit can be used for future purchases in our store.
 Processing Time: Store credits will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions
 Sale or Promotion Items: Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and promotion items.
 Warranties: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or use in microwaves and dishwashers if not specified as suitable for such use.

Warranty
 Stainless Steel Jewelry: Stainless steel pieces have a 30-day warranty against premature tarnishing. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, exposure to chemicals or hostile environments, or normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and loss of shine due to daily use.
 Ceramic Mugs: We offer a limited 30-day warranty from the date of purchase to cover any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, use in microwaves and dishwashers, or normal wear and tear.
